THE TRUTH ABOUT ISLAM (Part One)
The following is a six part essay exposing the conduct of the self appointed messenger of God
(Muhammad) and his fabricated religion of Islam, and how it has so negatively affected the world.
Almost all of the terrorism around the globe today is in one way or another connected with Islam, a
militant religion based on the delusional teachings of Muhammad and contained within the Muslim holy
book called the Quran, along with its associated writings called the Hadiths (a collection of Muhammad’
s sayings – the highest in authority after the Quran). The foregoing articles are intended to create
awareness to the Urantia reader of what is really happening with a religious movement seriously bent
on displacing the new Christianity; a religion that is purportedly growing faster than the Christian
movement, and a movement that can have serious consequences to the spread of Christianity if the
Christian community fails to respond. Muslim’s maintain that they have well over a billion converts and
all have sworn allegiance to the militant prophet Muhammad and his God Allah - something that
Christians knows very little about. This religion has failed miserably to advance since its inception in
the mid-seventh century, when at the time it gave the Arabian community (almost entirely illiterate) a
religion that they were desperately searching for; an ideology that they felt would place them above
both Christians and Jews. They obviously feel the same way in today’s generations.
“There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is his messenger”. Once one becomes a Muslim he had
better believe it, for adherence to Islam is somewhat like entering the mafia – there's no leaving or
switching to another religion (especially Christianity) without dire consequences, sometimes
punishable by death. One major problem that confronts civilized society today is that this backward
religion is now the second largest in the world and represents the fastest growing, yet espouses a
militant attitude towards its perceived rival, Christianity, which it would like to exterminate if at all
possible. Muslims are even exterminating one another through suicide pacts to gain immediate
entrance into Paradise in a childish effort as martyrs, defending what they perceive as the righteous
part of the Quran. They are opposed to each others interpretation of what should be in the Quran
and how what is already there should be elucidated. Allah decrees that their reward for defending
their perception of Islam is to bypass the seven heavens and go directly to Paradise. Somehow it
defies rational concepts aimed at preserving civilized society, for their religion has literally legalized
the murder if innocents, making it at the very least a rather scary religion, which the world is now
beginning to recognize.
This essay is written with a limited scope – to expose Islam for what it is, but more importantly to
create an even greater appreciation for the true teachings of Jesus as presented to the world in the
Urantia book. It is not presented as a complete comparative analysis since half of the story is left to
the reader's understanding of what he already knows of the teachings of Jesus. It is clear that most
Christians know little about the truth of the life and teachings of Muhammad, and his truth distorted
book the Quran, around which all Islam is centered, therefore, this is the side I will present.
Muhammad was not one tenth of the man the human Jesus was (let alone his superhuman side), yet
had the audacity to place himself on the same level as Jesus and perhaps a little higher - as the last
messenger of God (Allah), bringing the last revelation to the planet, and albeit, through direct contact
with Allah (who always remained unexposed behind a veil). More likely a veil that separates the
conscious from the sub-conscious as one will conclude after a perusal of the many fine books,
recently written, denouncing Muhammad as an egocentric fraud.
Islam is a puerile religion founded by its self proclaimed prophet, the world’s greatest renowned
eccentric who spent at least part of his life writhing in epileptic trances fabricating conversations with
God, thus setting into place a hoax that sets today’s Islamic religion firmly in the 7th century.
Muhammad, himself was a walking cancer bent on destroying the divine credibility of Jesus with the
proclamation of the one God (Allah), and himself appointed as the last messenger and prophet of
Allah.
Muhammad deliberately fashioned a religious philosophy to suit his own needs by refuting the
Divinity of Jesus, thereby discrediting the entire Christian movement. Book after book is being
published by dissenters of Islam at great risk to the authors. One will remember the fatwa (divine
decree) issued by Muslims clerics, which was essentially a contract to murder author Salmon Rushdi
several years ago for just writing a book unfavorable to Islam – he remains in hiding to this day.
It is an unforgivable sin (if not repented) to choose a God other than Allah (Muhammad's version of
God) which of course happens to be the only God of everyone as set forth in the Quran – a horribly
vindictive God by Christian standards. In Islam Jesus is regarded as a servant - servile if nothing
else.
Not as a great teacher or sovereign universe ruler/creator, but rather on the same level as Moses,
Abraham, and even Noah, with limited prerogatives and certainly not as a God or Son of God. He is
acknowledged as a prophet and never meant to be regarded in any other capacity higher than
prophet.
The real life of Jesus as narrated in the Quran presents Jesus as being conceived without a father,
since Mary was a single, chaste young woman. (This, of course, implies a divine heritage, being born
of a virgin, but Jesus is never looked upon as being a Son of God – just a plain old prophet)
Muhammad habitually fabricated patently false claims, many of which were incorporated into the
Quran and Hadiths. Such idiotic beliefs as Jesus talked to his parents as a baby while in the crib. That
he was never crucified – he was to be placed on the cross but was substituted at the last minute on
the convoluted rationale that it would be inconsistent for God to allow His Son to experience such an
ignominious fate. Muhammad conjectured that Satan himself among the other usual suspects might
have been the ringer. Muslims believe that Jesus never died but was directly taken by Allah. They
also believe that conversion to Christianity is to commit the unforgivable sin of shirk (blasphemy
against God). Muslims readily recognize the many divisions of Christian denominations and have
therefore concluded the various contradictions to be a fraud perpetrated by founders of the Christian
church. Muslims accept only that part of the Bible that concurs with the Quran. Yet, there is an
element of truth to their belief that the gospel has been contaminated by what is referred to, by them,
as the false prophets – Peter, Paul, and John, who unwittingly incorporated some of their own beliefs
into the Bible. Quite different though with Muhammad, who wasn't sure at times if messages were
coming from Allah or Satan? So if it didn't sound like it was coming from Allah the material was
deleted. Muhammad and his close followers affirmed fiction as fact, and fantasy as reality all the while
attributing their own erroneous conjectures as decrees from God Himself. Muhammad believed that
God rewards the believers of Islam for adherence to His decrees but punishes all who fail to fall in
line. As a self proclaimed prophet Muhammad was able to affirm his own relationship as the true
messenger of Allah and as the true apostle of God. Jesus' apostles were all considered false
prophets. He (Muhammad the Great) was the real and true prophet destined to be the last true
messenger of Allah, and the greatest of all prophets.
The Quran maintains that Jesus born of the virgin Mary was little more than a messenger and that
many messengers preceded Him. Moreover, Allah transcendently separated from creation, cannot
have partners and that the doctrine of the Sonship of Christ would extinguish Allah’s light. (5:32) The
Muslim who links the nature of man with the nature of Allah has committed the ultimate sin. The Quran
emphatically establishes Jesus as the mouthpiece of God, but in no way connected to the nature of
God. He could not therefore have been the Son of God. Jesus was sent specifically to the Jews, as
many others were appointed to go to other peoples, with Muhammad being sent to Arabia - this
according to Muhammad.
The enumerable contradictions of the Quran elicits little doubt as to its unreliability as a serious
narrative for which Christians, or for that matter anyone, should place credibility. Muhammad and his
followers have seized upon every opportunity to deny the true divinity of Jesus and over the years
have incessantly sought to lower His status to the mortal estate. By so doing, a mortal/sub-deity
relationship could conveniently establish Muhammad as the favored messenger of Allah, thus
displacing Christianity and Jesus' messages as subservient to anything Muhammad could conjure up
in his so called “direct talks with Allah.”
The Quran presents itself as the final, infallible witness of Allah, portraying the Quran as the
quintessential source of divine revelation with the Bible relegated to a flawed and corrupted source.
The Bible indeed has its flaws, but the Quran as the word of God, is about as real as Kermit the frog.
The Scriptures are factually viewed as given by Allah to both Moses and Jesus without distinction of
either. It is a recondite record as to who got what and when.
JUST A FEW OF THE INACURACIES IN THE QURAN
Regarding the Trinity the surah 5:116 (chapter) makes the definitive statement that Christians worship
three Gods; the Father, Mary (mother of Jesus) and the Son (Jesus)
“The Jews boasted of killing Christ Jesus the Apostle of Allah – but they killed him not, nor crucified
him, but so it was made to appear to them.”
(Surah 37:1-10) Meteors and shooting stars are missiles fired at “Satans” and Jinn (angels of Allah)
who try to listen to the reading of the Quran in heaven, and then pass on what they hear to men in
surahs.
According to surahs 2and 7 Allah turned certain fishing people into apes for breaking Jewish law.
Saul and Gideon's army (surah 2;249) identifies Gideon as the general of a 300 man army of soldiers
chosen by God. However, Gideon was not yet born.
Allah's day – (surah 22;47) One day to Allah is equal to one thousand solar years, but surah 70:4
makes a contradiction of this by stating the day as 50,000 years.
Now if one desires strict religious codes governing every aspect of life - a moronic code dictated by
those considered delusional in the civilized world - Islam should be your religion of choice. Its founder
was delusional and so are its adherents, which the reader should discern as we continue to examine a
religion that in this day and age does not belong outside the caves of Afghanistan.
It is quite difficult in a short essay to expatiate with clarity the extent to which Muhammad's delusional
messages are received around the world without appearing to proffer a cynical diatribe, yet this
cynical discourse should not offend anyone's sensibilities if the Spirit of Truth is operating within. All
information gathered herein is derived from a variety of scholarly sources, well researched with
abundant documentation along with direct quotes from the Quran and extensive annotations supplied
in their published works. An exhaustive research on the history of the Surahs of the Quran, Hadiths,
and quotations from Muslim clerics has elicited a copious amount of data suggesting, in the least, that
Muhammad was not what he was purported to be – a spiritual role model for mankind. In fact, the real
facts reveal just the opposite. The facts elicit character traits more indicative of a self absorbed,
egocentric, militant and cynical ruler who happened to have delusional talks with the God, he himself,
named Allah. He set himself up as Allah's messenger, and soon a fourth of the world came to believe
it. Why waste time on a used camel lot when you get the respect and adulation of half the ignorant
world and at the same time laugh all the way to the oasis. His proclamation although self-generated
was attributed to hundreds of conversations with Allah who set forth edicts of behavior for the guild
ridden, which defies the understanding of any person of sound mind. The great advantage of the
spread of Islam is that up until recently 80% of Muslims throughout the world could neither read nor
write. Allah's edicts of behavior for all of humanity were not just a few codes of ethical conduct as the
Christian commandants were, but rather hundreds of behavioral codes circumventing human free will
and setting forth severe consequences for errant violations. Women invariably got the short end of
the stick. For example, women reported to be unfaithful in marriage were subject to death in lifelong
imprisonment, later changed to 100 lashes. Men caught in the act of infidelity were given 80 lashes.
Of course men were allowed four wives while the women were stuck with one turkey until he decided
to unload her and take on another 20 year old. It seemed quite fair to the clerics, they were all men
too, possessing all the power then as they do now.
There is no reason to contrast Muhammad's life with that of Jesus by listing the diametrically opposed
teachings of Jesus, and the difference in the lifestyle of each, since the reader will soon become
acutely aware of the differences, as Muhammad’s teachings and life experiences are revealed.
Of the many differences between Islam and Christianity, the Muslims believe that Jesus’ death on the
cross displayed a great sign of weakness, and a demonstration of failure and incompetence that he
would allow himself to be crucified. They believed Muhammad showed strength and ultimate success
as a warrior, affirming his status as a prophet. Moreover, they believe that to be a servant to humanity
is totally irrational; and of course God having a Son is the quintessence of irrationality.
Muhammad did succeed in establishing a strict behavioral code of personal conduct around which he
based his religion – a code of religious edicts and daily ritualistic prayers which the populace was
searching for, came to accept, and ultimately embraced as a mandate from God, but with terrible
consequences to the violators. Something acceptable in the 7th century to the illiterate and ignorant
minds of the time, but as we will soon see not at all acceptable to the more educated and enlightened
generations of modern times. Muhammad’s greatest mistake was in placing himself above Jesus and
denying the divinity of our universe Creator Son.
